Once your order has been confirmed, your serverloft server will be ready for use within the hour. And since we impose no minimum contract period, you can react just as rapidly to any reduction in demand and stop renting your server at any time. This allows you to keep your costs under control.

High availability
By using only the most advanced hardware, we are able to guarantee you a server availability of 99.9%. If, however, a hardware malfunction does occur, our Brilliant Support service is on hand to replace your server within a maximum of four hours.
Permanent availability is extremely important for ensuring professional services on your dedicated server. Uninterrupted access to the customer's services, like web sites and online shops, is critical to the customer's business success. And if you yourself are a hosting company, an availability of 99.9% is something that you will be able to guarantee your own hosting customers.
